COVID-19 Update

Dear West K:
We wanted to update you again this week with our plans for service on Sunday. This Sunday morning (March 29) we will cancel our regular Sunday morning service.

We are still as a state under the direction of the governor to continue to limit our contact with people and not hold any large gatherings. This is to help slow and stop the spread of the covid-19 virus.

Even though we will not be meeting together here in our building, we once again will have an online service for you to participate with. Our online service will be available at 10:30 on Sunday morning on our website (westk.org), Facebook, and YouTube channel.

We have pre-recorded our service so you can watch it whenever you want.

I want to thank you for your continued support and participation as we have been forced to move our ministry online. Each week, we are working to make adjustments and get better at what we are doing. We hope that the things we can offer are useful and helpful for you and your family.

Thank you to those who have continued to give tithes and offerings this past week. We have made the change to our new giving platform GYVE.com and we hope it is easier for you to give online. You can also give on your phone by texting GYVE to 313131 and following the prompts.

Again, thank you for being part of the body of Christ.  It is amazing to see how God’s people have responded through this difficult time. I am excited to see how God will use this situation to bring glory to His name, and I firmly believe that he will be using us right here at West Kalamazoo Christian Church to do that.

Have a great week and we will see you online this week!

In Christ,
Michael Dafoe
